ABR CORE COURSE: This 2-Day Program will create new business opportunities for you by listing buyers to increase your business revenue. You’ve never represented buyers like this class teaches you to. At the end of the program you will be able to:

Understand how to disclose buyer representation to the consumer as per state law

Develop and promote your buyer agency services

Develop a listing presentation for buyers – sign (non) exclusive contracts to represent them

Assist the buyer in the selection of a property, disclose the material or adverse material facts, write the offer on behalf of the buyer, and present and negotiate the offer

Understand the ramifications in dual agency situations and explain those limitations to buyers

Create a negotiating strategy for the advantage of your buyer/present the buyer’s offer

INSTRUCTOR: National ABR Trainer, Marcie Roggow, ABR/M, CCIM, CRB, CRS, DREI, SRES

Marcie is the National REBAC Trainer and considered to be a national agency expert. Though this is a national program…she will teach this course according to Idaho law. Marcie developed the mandatory agency course required in Idaho last year. She’s fun, informative, and ready to make sure you walk away with a fabulous experience!!

To obtain the NAR’s Newest Designation – Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) you must:

Be a member of the National Association of REALTORS

Complete the 2 day core program Plus take one of the ABR Elective Courses or take the NAR E-Pro Certification or CIPS Essential Course on line.

Pass the required exams

Verify 5 closed transactions where you represented the buyer within a 36 month period of time

Designation fee includes annual international directory, roster on the internet, updates on legislative changes, customized ad slicks, monthly newsletter, personalized brochures, direct referral opportunities, and much, much, more!
