2012 Schedule: (Not all classes listed are not being taught by our School.  They are provided as a resource for real estate agents in South east Idaho.  The Registration and contact information is provided next to  the course.)  It is your responsibility to verify that these classes do count for CE credit.  PRES does not verify these other courses, we just provide information on them as a service to our normal students.  Also check the location where the class will actually be taught.

We now offer "Two Way Interactive LIVE" Classes that are taught at other facilities and we are able to participate with them.  This makes classes available more often and helps control the cost.  These classes are provided by the Idaho Career Institute out of Boise, Idaho.

If you would like to pay by Credit Card you need to download the "Credit Card Authorization Form" and submit it along with your Application.  FAX or MAIL IN both forms to use a Credit Card.

• Credit Card NOTE:  There is a $3 convenience fee that is in addition to the amount of the products and / or services that you state on your Application.  All Credit Card transactions will appear on your Statement under MYKRO COM CO. 

• Credit Card Refund Policy:  MYKRO COM CO  may refund the cost associated with a product and / or service paid by mistake or in excess of that required.  A change of purpose after the payment for a product and / or service does not entitle a party to a refund.  MYKRO COM CO will not refund amounts of $25.00 or less unless a refund is specifically requested (in writing) and will not notify the applicant of any such amounts.  Refund for a product and / or service paid by credit card will be issued as a credit to the credit card account to which the product and / or service was charged.

• Credit Card Service Charge:  There is a $30.00 service charge for processing each payment refused (including a payment returned “unpaid”) or charged back by any financial institution.

TO REGISTER FOR A P.R.E.S. Sponsored class:

    1)    Print off the Registration form for the class you wish to take (many times the registration for may be the same used for multiple classes). The Form requires Adobe Reader to open.  (Click here to download the 6.0.1 English version for Windows XP. - A 15.9 MB File!)
    2)    Fill out the form and FAX it in to (208)234-0901 to reserve your space in the class or classes. (This indicates that you will be attending the class and you will be charged for it.)  If you wish to pay by Credit Card download the "Credit Card Authorization Form" (the link is above) and submit it as well.
    3)    Make out your check payable to Professional Real Estate School (All checks / funds MUST be received at least 7 calendar days prior to the first day of class otherwise the LATE FEE will be assessed.  <see LATE REGISTRATION FEE below>)
    4)    Mail in your check and completed registration form to:

    5)    Check the website to verify your registration (where you are now) and see that your name is added to the "class list."
    6)    If all else fails, call the school Director if you have any questions at (208) 380-3505.  We can also FAX you a copy of the registration form, but since you are reading this on-line we thought we could save you time by making it easy for you to download it.

By signing up for the class you authorize Professional Real Estate School to publish your name on our "Class List" which permits you to verify that you are enrolled in the class.  We will also place your email address on our list to keep you informed of classes that are coming up.

Refund Policy:  A FULL refund will be given to an applicant that requests it in writing (and is received by the school) at least two weeks prior to the opening day of class, less a $20 Administrative fee.  NO refund will be made due to nonattendance.

Transferring the registration fee from one individual (or from one class) to another- is not permitted.

If the request is received within two weeks to the first day of the first class then there will be no refunds given.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

If you have not paid for the class (that means we have not received your funds- or if the check bounced and we must await new funds) prior to one week before the first class, then you will pay the "Late Registration Fee" for the course.

If a check "bounces" or it is returned, there is a $30 fee that will be charged for each check.

Late Registration Fee is for anyone who fails to register for a course (or pay for it) within one week prior to the first class of the series of classes being offered.  Late Registration Fees are as follows:  On a $50 class it is approximately $65.  On a $100 class it is approximately $130.  On a $320 class it is approximately $350.  On a $350 class it is approximately $375. (These Fees are subject to change.)

If you have not registered for the class (and our records do not show that you have pre-registered on our website) and you "walk-in" and register at the door, there will be an additional $15 fee (in addition to the Late Registration Fee) per class that you register for.  PLEASE REGISTER AHEAD OF TIME SO WE CAN HAVE THE MATERIALS READY FOR YOU.

Classes may be canceled at any time and without notice.  We will do our best not to let this happen, but sometimes things happen.  Please call the day before the first class (before 5pm) to verify the class time and that the class is still scheduled.  In the unlikely event a class is cancelled, a full refund (for the class) will be made.  We are not responsible for any other costs that a student may have incurred due to the cancellation (ie: airfare, hotel, etc...).  Book costs are not refundable for books that were picked-up before the class started.

Prices subject to change at any time and may be higher for non-members of any co-operating or co-sponsoring group(s). 

Please verify that you are registered for the class by calling the school or looking on-line on our website under "class list" next to each class.  Please FAX in your registration and then follow it up by promptly mailing it in with your check and your original form.  If we have not received your application and your name was not posted to the class list you may not have the supplies and course materials needed for the course and you may be considered late or need to register at the door.  Please contact the school if you have any questions.

To have an exam proctored there is a $25.00 administrative fee charge for each proctored exam.  This fee is due prior to having each exam proctored.  Contact the school for availability to schedule your exam.

The facilities are non-smoking and do not permit pets.  If you have any questions, or need special accommodations, please contact the school director at least one week prior to the first day of class.

The facilities are handicap accessible, but please contact us so we can make every effort to assist you.  There is an elevator to get to the second floor, but you may need assistance getting in the front door.

Attendance Policy:  100% Attendance at all sessions of our classes is required.  If a student misses any portion of a class (even a few minutes) they may not receive credit for the entire course and no refund of any kind will be given.

This company was first thought of in 1992 as a true resource to real estate professionals.

In 2002 we applied with the Idaho Real Estate Commission to be certified as a "course provider" for certified real estate classes in Idaho. 

In 2003 we opened up in our new facilities.
